On the occasion of the weekend dedicated to the Bue Grasso (Fat Ox), Tenuta Ronzano celebrates Piedmontese tradition with a special event: Barbera & Traditional Boiled Beef.

A tribute to the region’s rural heritage and great Piedmontese tables, inspired by the historic Fiera del Bue Grasso di Carrù, where bollito has always been at the heart of the celebration and wine brings people together around the table.

A simple dish rich in history, a glass of Barbera, and the pleasure of gathering around the table: a tradition from the past to be experienced and rediscovered together.

The experience takes place in our tasting room and is designed as a convivial moment, featuring a plate of traditional boiled beef (Bollito del Bue Grasso) paired with Barbera.

An opportunity to savour one of the iconic dishes of Piedmontese cuisine and discover its perfect pairing with Barbera, the wine that more than any other tells the story of our hills.

A Piedmontese tradition

Bollito Misto is one of the great dishes of Piedmontese cuisine: a preparation rooted in family traditions and special occasions, when food was above all a moment of sharing and togetherness.

The inspiration comes from the Fiera del Bue Grasso di Carrù, one of the region’s most representative events, deeply connected to livestock farming and the cultural heritage of Piedmont.

At Tenuta Ronzano, we want to bring that same spirit to the table: good food, wine, and the pleasure of being together.
