Truffles: a great family tradition
Three generations of the Ronzano family have grown up with a passion for the Alba white truffle. From Giovanni, one of the greatest masters in the truffle world, to Marco, who today continues to uphold the Ronzano name through a meticulous selection and global distribution process.
Giovanni
Giovanni Ronzano is a legendary figure in the world of Alba truffles, specializing in the hunt for the prized Magnatum Pico, known as the Alba White Truffle.
With his deep knowledge and passion for this precious fruit of the earth, Giovanni has contributed significantly to its enhancement since 1963.
Marco
Marco Ronzano is the heir to a family tradition dating back more than half a century. Marco is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality truffle for clients served every year around the world.
Marco represents the new generation of truffle experts, working to keep the prestige of this “white gold” alive in the Alba culinary scene.
Since 1963, standard-bearers of the Alba white truffle
Third generation of the family, they have combined two unique wine-making realities: Costigliole d’Asti, with its precious terroir dedicated to the production of fine Barbera wines, and Neive, a new development project dedicated to the production of Barbaresco and Nebbiolo.
Thus a unique, young winery with a strong innovative spirit was born, carrying the family tradition forward into the future. Today, Tenuta Ronzano, with its 20 hectares of vineyards—12 in Costigliole d’Asti and 8 hectares in Neive—gives life to great Piedmontese DOC & DOCG wines.

A Trifulau experience
Live the real hunt for the Alba White Truffle
An authentic experience alongside our Trifulau — the local truffle hunters — through the woods of Langhe and Monferrato.
You walk the woods with our hunters and their dogs, learn to read where truffles grow, and live the suspense right up to the find. Then the tasting, to savour what the earth has just given.
Not a show for tourists: our everyday hunt, opened up to you.
Fresh truffles from Langhe and Monferrato
The real Alba White Truffle, from our woods to your kitchen
We’re not resellers. Every truffle we ship, we hunt and hand-pick ourselves, one by one — just as we have for three generations.
Each truffle comes from our own woods across Langhe and Monferrato and passes the same sensory test as always: sight, aroma, texture. Only the best make the cut.
You get them delivered fresh within 24–48 hours, protected in freshness-preserving packaging that locks in their aroma until the first shaving.
